Can you instruct us?

Unless you are a solicitor or already have a solicitor acting for you or are a member of the BarDIRECT scheme, you must first engage a solicitor. Your solicitor can then instruct the barrister of your choice to provide the specialist advisory and advocacy services you require.

Further information about solicitors' firms suited to your needs can be obtained from the Law Society (+44 (0) 870 606 2500) and details of the BarDIRECT scheme and the rules for instructing barristers are available from the Bar Council (+44 (0) 207 242 0082).
